Ximena Corcuera

Ximena Corcuera is a Mexican fashion designer and artist with a diverse international career. She has worked across more than six markets, including Mexico, Brazil, Chile, and Spain, for major transnational brands such as Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada, World Economic Forum (WEF), and Disney Consumer Products LATAM through LEO BMS, where she served as Regional Director for the young adult market. In 2019, she launched her eponymous label, where she continues to act as Founder and Creative Director. Since 2023, Ximena has also served as Director of the Fashion Design and Business program at CEDIM, a university of design, innovation, and business in Monterrey.

Her brand, Ximena Corcuera, is an innovative fashion label built on a community-centered model. Since its launch, XC has been creating “ArtWear” that amplifies stories and raises awareness. Her practice merges fashion, activism, and multidisciplinary art, sparking critical reflection and driving social change. She has collaborated with leading names including Galería L, Disney LATAM, and Swarovski, and her work has been featured in prominent media outlets such as Vogue and Grazia.

She was named Designer of the Year by Nuvo FD and honored by Fashion Group Mexico, representing Mexico at Thai Silk Fashion Week in 2019. Her work has been presented internationally in Brazil, Thailand, and Spain. In 2024, she showcased a special project for Galería L at Rakuten Fashion Week Tokyo, further solidifying her position at the intersection of contemporary fashion, art, and cultural dialogue.
